Gangadhar Krishna strongly believes in the maxim ‘Sales heaps but Service Reaps’. His kaleidoscopic career spans a multitude of industries being, travel, airlines, retail banking, courier services and credit management, spread over different countries such as, India, Australia and United Arab Emirates. Having felt the pulse of the customer he started freelance writing, penning articles for newspapers and magazines and soon launched his personal portal www.delightingcustomers.com. Later, he designed a theory in service excellence. A theory that can be applied to any industry. His theory was awarded copyright from United Arab Emirates and also covered under the Indian Copyright Law. During this journey Gangadhar started coining one-liners on customer service. And what started as a collection of one-liners ended up as an illustrative book titled ‘Delighting Customers Is’. And the journey goes on to give service more meaning in business because ‘Sales heaps but Service reaps’.
