Sonali Masih-d'silva is a leadership consultant and writer. She began her training career at the age of twentyone, and over the last fifteen years, has trained more than ten thousand participants on various topics of selfdevelopment, she has also worked with Wipro Ltd. as an inhouse behavioural trainer for six years. Sonali is currently a cofounder and leadership consultant at Leadership Success Solutions (LSS).
